It wouldn't surprise me to see China doing something like this knowing the effect it would have on the U.S.A. I have suspected from the beginning that they used this as a purge to eliminate undesirable citizens.

Korea than China between Feb 8 and feb 14 2020. Jim reported for China there were only 5000 people average using the internet across that time slot, and no 'sleep' pattern at night in China, indicating, according to Jim, 'top level government' Jim said Haiti had more people online than china . That was such a red flag I saved Jim's remarks

It is obvious that this was a communist plot to disrupt the entire free world. The worst is that most of the free world morons fell for it.
The problem is not that China is Strong.
It is that we are weak.
